Incidents in this installment concerning the pioneering of the Apostolic Faith in Portland, Oregon, are told by the founder’s son, the Reverend R.R. Crawford, General Overseer.

AT the time of the Outpouring of the Spirit in 1906 in the city of Los Angeles, California, God empowered men and women with the Holy Ghost and sent many forth to preach the Gospel. Some took leave for the Holy Land, carrying the Gospel in its fullness and power back to the city of Jerusalem from whence it originally sprang almost 2000 years ago. The people of Russia, China, India, Africa, Europe and other lands became recipients of the mighty fulfillment of the prophecy of Joel and received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and enduement of power for service.
