These words of truth the Master spoke
Foretelling Calvary,
Upon the Cross His life He gave,
That men might like Him be
Oh, lift the blessed Saviour up,
Till all His love shall see!
2. We'll lift our great Redeemer up
And tell His power to save;
We'll guide the lost ones to His Fold
And snatch men from the grave;
We'll point the weary to His rest,
And labour while we may;
We'll quickly in God's service go,
And lift up Christ today.
